Instrument Maintenance Coverage Explanation

Instrument maintenance coverage is offered to all of our rent-to-own customers. It is an optional coverage at the cost of $3/month on flutes, clarinets, trumpets and trombones and $5/month on all saxophones, french horns, baritones, and oboes.

IMC covers loss, theft and damage. It also covers cleaning and other maintenance services.

Should you need any service or repair, King's Music will cover the repair, less the first $25. If your instrument is lost or stolen, King's Music will cover the cost of replacing the instrument in the rental agreement, less 15% of the remaining balance.

The value of our IMC is that we have in-store service and repairs at our Abbotsford location. We can usually turn your repair around within 1 to 2 business days, letting you continue to use YOUR instrument, and not a loaner or replacement.
